Claudia Van Dijk

Claudia began her career in finance as a commercial banker for a “Big 4” bank, but after a number of years, Claudia took the decision to leave the corporate banking world behind and enter private enterprise, joining a private global software business. She has not looked back.

Claudia is passionate about seeing businesses succeed by creating thriving organisations with happy owners, leaders, employees, and customers.

She has worked in Leadership roles in Operations, Finance and People & Culture for several organisations that have adopted the Adapt by Design system which provides a process and platform for building resilient businesses with healthy cultures.

Claudia joined MineScope in 2022.
